On September 12, the 6th Grand Canal Cultural Tourism Expo opened in Suzhou. This year’s event lasts for four days and revolves around the theme of Integration, Innovation, Sharing. It features four main exhibition areas: the Grand Canal City Cultural Tourism Boutique Exhibition, the Grand Canal Specialty Cultural Tourism Industry Exhibition, the themed exhibition Encounters of the Silk Road and the Grand Canal, and the Grand Canal Food Culture Exhibition, inviting attendees to experience the vibrant life along the canal.

Yancheng is the only city in China named after salt, boasting two international calling cards: Host to a Natural World Heritage Site and Ramsar Wetland City. The city encompasses three major natural ecosystems: marine, wetland, and forest. Its iconic species, such as the graceful red-crowned crane, the majestic milu deer, and the charming spoon-billed sandpiper, are beloved symbols of the Yellow Sea Wetlands.

The Yancheng pavilion highlights the theme NICE Yancheng and the city brand Yancheng, a Place That Appeals to Hearts. With a design concept of Green Wetlands, White Sea Salt, Blue Sea Ports, the pavilion uses multimedia elements, including sound, light, images, and videos, to vividly showcase the unique charm of its wetlands and scenery.
