To fully implement the requirement of the Provincial Major Project Construction Conference and the Provincial “One Center, One Base, One Hub” Development Promotion Meeting, and to advance major projects focused on strengthening, supplementing, and extending industrial chains in key sectors, Mayor Zhang Mingkang traveled from the shores of the Yellow Sea to the banks of the Pearl River from February 16 to 19. During this period, he visited leading enterprises in Shenzhen, Foshan, and Dongguan, including China Resources Group, Midea Group, BYD, and Siemens. He comprehensively promoted Yancheng’s business environment, deeply aligned high-quality resources, and negotiated pragmatic cooperation to inject new momentum into Yancheng’s high-quality socio-economic development.

During the visit, Zhang Mingkang also met with executives from Haitian Flavouring, Qianhai Fund of Funds, and Jiangsu Bank Shenzhen Branch, engaging in in-depth discussions on further deepening practical cooperation in industrial development, technological innovation, and innovative finance.
